Returns Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Delivery Policy

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using NZ Post for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Any personal information that is provided by the user of this website is retained by merchant for the purposes of contact and shipping only and will not be distributed to third parties.

Security

Store security is one of our highest priorities. Stealth Films Ltd uses technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that at the checkout, our servers and your PC will encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore the information remains private.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will enter your credit card details via a 128bit SSL secured web page. This will enable us to process your order with the minimum delay.
